I bought 3 Cedar Planters last year and 3 more this year, all to replace the cheap junky ones I'd found dumped at the curb. These are a perfect height to keep my back happy! I opted not to use the liners and have used grow bags instead. This makes it easier for me to remember which are perennials or annuals, and to move those plants around my yard. Beautiful planter boxes, which we used to make a railing around our deck. I was able to drill through the leg to attach the boxes to the deck securely and also to one another for additional stability. The boxes look amazing, and once the plants grow in, they will provide additional privacy without the feeling that we built a wall around our deck. The assembly was very simple.

The planter is well made and was easy to put together. There is a very helpful video you can view if you are having trouble putting the planter together. One person is all you need, and every piece is pre-drilled and fits together well. It only took me less than 30 minutes to unpack the planter, sort the pieces, put the planter together and to dispose of the shipping material. The cedar raised garden is wonderful. It looks great and is nice to have at a raised level for our Dad (who is 95!) who likes to grow tomatoes! Very happy we bought it.

Couldn't be happier! These are beautifully designed and designed beautifully. I am a scrawny nearly 70 year old woman and I put these together lickety split. I'm already thinking about what I'll plant in the additional ones I plan to buy. Customer service was great too. Cedar Planters definitely got it goin' on.

Very beautiful and easy to assemble. Grew jalapeños, bell peppers and basil with no problem and good yield. Getting a greenhouse cover now to extend the season. I needed a planter that would look right on a sloped paver walkway. When I stumbled upon your product, the idea came to me that it would work if I shortened the legs on one side so that the top surface was level. It worked perfectly and I love the look as well.

Love it! Very easy to put together with directions on the video. I normally cannot follow video instructions, but the pace of this one was great and the explanations simple. I lined it with a pond liner and made drainage holes in certain spots in it so that I could collect the water that drains out to reuse and to keep it from soaking the deck. Can’t wait to plant vegetables next spring!

(It took a little longer for me to craft the address plaque for the front, which will make it much easier for delivery folks to find us.) I look forward to filling it with some spring colors.
