I have absolutely no idea how this works! Haha. I was so lost on what to do since my periods only ever come every few months sometimes 6 + months between cycles. I took this stuff for a month! And my period come.. just had my second period since starting.. I’ve been telling everyone it’s my “miracle powder” I also feel so calm during the day and less frustrated.
