The Audubon Heron picture was a present for my birthday and as I had difficulty choosing between the heron and the owls, my daughter bought me the owls for my birthday too. My son added to the collection by buying me Audubon’s snow leopard.

Love the picture very much, but was disappointed not to get any delivery advices. The delivery turned up with no previous warning. We weren’t in but al least the driver rang and we rescheduled.. this happened probably because its clearly a drop ship operation - but still not good in this day and age.

The clock is lovely. Delivery took a long time though, I don’t think the despatch was longer than stated but then Parcel Farce resorted to their usual form and buggered up the delivery which took an additional 2 1/2 weeks and many interactions and calls between myself and their customer ‘service’.
Overall I am happy, the clock was priced cheaper than anywhere else I’d seen it available and I was prepared to wait, just disappointed with the choice of postal service.

A disappointing start as no one answered the phone or returned my calls nor responded to the message I left on their website. I almost gave up at that point but am glad that I persevered.
