Despite an initial hiccup in which my cup was delivered to the wrong address, the customer service team was very responsive and accommodating in getting me a new cup shipped out. I love my new cup! It is great for when I have to be on the go. It fits into my car's cup holder perfectly. The design is pleasing to look at. I have the smaller cup also and I love it, too. I use my cups for everything, not just coffee (hot and iced tea, water, juice). I am a true fan!!

I absolutely LOVE my mugs! This is my second one I bought, and I just received my 3rd one a few minutes ago! I will continue to purchase more. I love the silicone sleeve and lid. The lid helps to keep my coffee warm for about 30 minutes. I like the fact that if I need to reheat my coffee, I can do so and I don’t need to remove sleeve or lid. Definitely worth the price and they are so beautiful in person!!

The Nova cup is great for coffee, tea or other hot beverages. The silicone lid is a perfect fit, and there’s no separate gasket to clean. The sleeve keeps the heat off your hand, and provides a comfortable grip. My preference is to use the 16 oz Nova cup for coffee, and the smaller cup for wine! Just chill the “baby Nova” in the fridge and add your favorite white or rose wine. Perfecto!

I love my cove cup! It's the exact right size for how much coffee I drink, fits perfectly in my car cup holder. Keeps my coffee hot and doesn't allow spills with the optional lid. You do need to use the coordinating silicone sleeve because the outside of the cup is hot at first. And try to keep the lid clean because silicone retains all smells. I love this cup and would absolutely buy one as a gift in the future.

Love the cup a ton! I have been waiting for so long for a ceramic cup thats beautiful and fits into my cup holder. For some reason, the stainless steel makes the coffee taste different.
