My cup is beautiful and coffee really does taste better in this cup than in stainless steel. I had no idea there would really be a difference. My lid and holder have a strong odor and no matter how many times I wash it or what products I use to get the smell out, it remains. (baking soda, white vinegar, Dawn) Any ideas?

It’s absolutely beautiful, but you lose some of the color with the sleeve. This uses the 12 oz but plan on 10. Otherwise you’re spilling it. All in all, I wish I would have purchased the larger one.

The stock photos do not compare to the photo reviews, given each is different, but I found myself going out on a limb with a brighter colored mug. Really like this mug. The ceramic part is beautiful and I've been getting compliments on it at work. It's easy to clean and doesn't leave a residue taste. The only thing I don't like is the lid. My lipgloss doesn't come off the lid, even through the dishwasher. I'm not sure what material I would propose, but that is my only complaint! Overall a great purchase!

I love all of my Nova cups!!! The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the white lids have discolored from my coffee. I run them through the dishwasher after each cup so that is disappointing. The black ones, if they have the issue, don't show the changes in color.
