I have a short neck and can't seem to stay on the thing for long, as it causes me to become very uncomfortable. I am in pain after 1 minute, so at the moment not great I'm afraid.

For the price I expected the back cloud to be better quality. It was fimsy and didn't stay in the position. The neck cloud was alight if you are a tall male, everyone else keep searching.
