I bought it for my wife. She works on a desk since 30 years. So - her neck is really working even harder. The Neck Cloud - is not a wonder tool. But she is using it on regular basis and says it reduces her neck pain. I am curious what will happen if she will continue the usage of the Neck Cloud - for a year.

The first time I tried the socks I thought I had ordered the wrong size, but upon reading the information online, I rolled up the socks to put them on and it worked even though my ankles were very swollen. I have tried the largest size now as I have a 'dicky leg and ankle area' and the smaller ones were too tight around the top. The bigger ones are better but my leg and ankle often swell up and then they too leave a big indent in my calf area. But I am still perservering with them as I really think they help my feet when sore. I get a lot of cramp with causes sore legs and feet.

I love the concept but the socks are really too small for the size advertised. Very difficult to get on for an elderly person. Once on (took about 15 minutes for one sock) the discomfort of the foot did disappear, but the fact that it was so hard to put on has resulted in me not using again.

Works well to solve the feet , but little internal black stitching gets stretched and slack then hanks your toes and is a problem getting back on to feet so I can’t see them lasting very long, a shame for sure !

Having arthritus in both feet is frustrating because I can't move around like I used to. I could hardly wait to try these socks. However, I am 76yrs & have trouble bending down to put on the socks, even with an aid. Because the stretch is firm, as it should be, it is harder to open up to allow my feet to slide in. Having seen your advert on Facebook, my wife sent me a link. I read about your socks and ordered some. They seemed to arrive reasonably quickly. Although a bit hard to pull on (I guess they need to be tight to work) once on they are very comfortable. I've been wearing them at night. So far they seem to be working, mainly for my heel area which plays up.

I love the neck cloud! I give it 4 of 5 stars as I've seen similar products that ship from USA that are a bit more reasonably priced (and may ship faster). I have been using it about 10 min per day and have found my tight sub occipital muscles and shoulders are significantly less tight. Rather than a dramatic release, it has been a gentle stretch that has been SO good!

An excellent idea and can see that it will be very useful for neuropathy sufferers.
Having bought 3 pairs I have found them to be very restrictive and tight causing a little pain.
Perhaps I need to have my ankles shrunk before wearing them.
Or can you please send me details as to how I can send them back for a refund.
