I was actually trying to figure out if you guys replace them if they are broken. I had 2 of them and they both cracked on me within the 4 months that I had them. They definitely do work and I was super bummed out when they broke. Pretty much bent and eventually cracked after continued use. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I love this thing. My neck, cervical muscle and headache situation could not be more complicated, so I was definitely not waiting for a miracle, but - I love this thing. I used the Neck Cloud for the first time today; 5 mins in the concave position and 10 mins in the convex. I have SEVERE TMJ and this has *already* helped relieve a lot of tension & improve alignment in my jaw & neck!! I can see the immediate effect after wearing it for less than 24 hours. The edema around my ankle is seen as slightly reduced. It would have been better if Kenko can produce such sleeveless neuro socks that cover the calf area up to below knee level for patients like me who have edema for the whole leg.
