I use Sonoran pepper powders on my food more than hot sauces now. They're flavorful, but not intrusive, definitely bring the heat, last longer, and are much cheaper. The jalapeno, bird's eye, and ghost pepper powders are all great for different kinds of foods, and I'll be ordering more when I run out.

I used the Sonoran Serrano powder as part of the mix when I made a batch of red chili enchilada sauce. My little town doesn't carry much Hispanic food except for the most common, so sometimes I can't find fresh serrano chilies at the grocery store. I always order from the Sonoran Spice Company whenever I'm out, my favorite is the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Flakes. At first, I went on Amazon, but when I found out Sonoran Spice Company sold them as well, I have been ordering from them as well, I use them on everything, my noodles, my rice, my meat, shrimp, they taste delicious on everything. This is the second review I've left on the Sonoran Spice Website, and I would do so again.

The finely ground reaper powder makes for a consistent heat. I make beef jerky and a little dust from this powder keg will definitely light your fuse. Go easy until you get a bearing on the massive heat scale.

These dried scorpion peppers are the best. My second time ordering from Sonora. I make spicy pickles with them. To be honest, there was a little glitch with the recent order. I emailed them about it and they jumped all over it. Corrected the issue right away and made it right on the double. Wonderful service and I thank you for it.

The crushed pepper flakes were amazing. Me and the wife both love them. The ghost pepper is good for regular use. She loves the scorpion on all different fruits including Watermelon and apples. The reaper is very strong and is good for occasional use on good pizza or for getting others to try it.

I own a Thai beef jerky company. In order to deliver another authentic style of Thai beef jerky, I needed to bring the heat. This Thai chili flake could not have been more potent, fresh, and perfect. There was a slight delay on the delivery date that I was told, but that was quickly washed out by the quality of this amazing product! Could not recommend this more and hope to speak with Sonoran Spice Company about a potential wholesale opportunity. I want to use this Thai chili flake forever!

The Trinidad scorpion is both mine and my bfs favorite! Such a delicious flavor. You really only need a small pinch added to your food to enhance any dish. Delivery was speedy as well and they even included a free drink cozy!

My first try was a batch of blackberry jam was with a 5/8 teaspoon of red habanero powder and it tasted great. Added just 1/2 tsp to a double batch of cherry jam and it still came out with quite a 'kick'. Love the way the sweet hits you first and then the burn surprises you. Can't wait for gherkin season, my older grandsons loved the habanero pickles I made last year.

If you’re looking for a Sriracha that rivals the old Huy Fong brand look no further! It is maybe a little spicier but overall I would say it tastes as good or better. This Sriracha produced by Underwood ranches is THE ONE! As a life long fan of Sriracha I can honestly say this one exceeded all expectations! The only problem is that I didn’t buy more.
