Great hatch chili flavor, tastes like the pepper, not like a smoked or roasted pepper. Those are good, but sometimes I just want that pepper flavor. This isn’t too hot, less than a jalapeño, and goes great in pork stew and is actually makes a pretty good twist on chicken noodle soup. Added this to my dry seasoning for pork butt and it was amazing.

Love this stuff. Way better than the rooster sauce. More heat and way more pepper and garlic flavor. It seems less sweet, but that might just be the extra heat and pepper muting it. This is my new favorite sauce. I’ll literally eat it on anything. It’s really good on bbq pork of all kinds.

I use this habeñero powder for my food cart, Winner Winner, in the Willamette Valley. We specialize in southern fried chicken and our "jumpin' juniper" dredge would not be the same without this product. I combine juniper, habenero, and fennel to create a floral and sweet heat. I've tried powdering dried habeñero and other products but Sonoran habeñero powder takes the cake.

I love this on just about everything but in this photo it's on my Ogbono soup. It has flavor and heat and instantly kicks up the enjoyability of every food I put it on lol. I love my peppers. I share them with friends and family, and they get a blazing hot sensation out of them. Although a very select few can handle the heat. I use the statement: If you can't stand the heat, get out of my kitchen. I've also ordered some for the members who can handle the sensation. I grind the peppers and mix them with Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce. I eat the sauce on almost everything. Hmmm! I'm wondering how the sauce will taste on ice cream. Ha! Ha! Ha!

So spicy hot I had to jump in the bathtub full of ice then the ice melted and began to boil until my pants caught fire!
