I was using plastic cutting boards and finally decided to stop eating plastic that gets into the food, but I prefer to have thin, light cutting boards that I can hang on the wall - to save space and easily put them up and bring them down. These thin wooden boards are just right for those needs. I did put carnauba-bees wax-mineral oil board wax on it because it's pretty delicate.
Hopefully I won't end up cracking it with use, but so far it's not warped or cracked, just have to be careful with ...
