We contacted Gliz by email because the product we received wasn't the one we ordered (a material error on their part).
In response, they offered to have us return the item we received so they could send us ours, with a further delay of approximately 5 weeks to receive the correct product.
This solution did not meet our expectations, especially considering the initial error and the initial waiting of the first product (5 weeks).
I do not recommend this company.
