I am happy with the speed of the service. Unfortunately My picture of a grandchild has too many shadows and dark areas. Not your fault I sent a bad picture. I have to use my creativity and change the background and some of the facial shadows. At least I can use my own creativity. The next time I'll send a better picture, I promise.

I cannot do mine as the pencil or what you put the diamonds in has no end on it, on all three kits, I am very disappointed as I am on bed rest and wanted to work on them and now have no way to do so. Can you please send me three new pens so that I can do the kits I ordered

I sent an email indicating that the delivery of this kit was made to my property where it could not be seen from any window or from my front door. It was outside for some unknown amount of days in our warm Arizona weather. I am apprehensive that the kit's adhesive layer has been compromised which could reduce the image's longevity. As indicated before, I am willing to return this kit and am requesting a fresh new kit. The package was brought into my house and remains untouched. Please advise ...
