I absolutely love my cork blocks and my mat. I use my blocks for many poses. As an ex long distance runner, my hamstrings are not the most flexible. I was very unsure about ordering this hoodie as I knew from the measurements and being unisex it would be huge on me. I am an Australian 6 female and ordered the XS which was in fact huge on me in length, width and length of arms.
