Bed ridden with Long Covid Summer 2020 and although considerably better, still suffer from Chronic Fatigue. I use these at the first sign of a cold . Really helps to stop the virus forming or if I’m a bit late it helps the severity of the cold. Also give it to my kids at the first sign of a sore throat.
