I sent them video and they sent their representative to collect back item and given me new one.. once I bought speaker system from audionic Karachi.. they sent me repaired and used item also was not working... I complained...the said you can go to hall road and get repair from our shop what is this I should spend 5000 of petrol and one day off ...
