Delivery : 5/10 Customer support : 8/10 Product quality : 6.5/10 External bulid quality is good considering steel portion. However, mounting /locking mechanisms and its plastic material is poor. Electric cord quality is just fine (not so good). Rpm seems low considering the wattage which is quite enough 700watts and should perform extraordinarily instead of normal performance.
