It’s worthy of all the hype. I was expecting another scam but it’s actually the highest quality device I’ve bought in the last few years and it doesn’t break either. My advice is to just keep it next to your bed so you never forget to use it.

I saw Martha Stewart raving about it on her Facebook account so I decided to give it a try. I didn’t like the price at all. I can’t imagine it would be worth it. I was WRONG. This thing does a few dozen things for my aching body that I never thought I would be able to fix. It’s worth literally every dollar. I prefer to stretch seated but laying down has more benefits. I like the weight that’s included too.

Love this damn thing so much. Bring it to all my races across the country and everyone is always asking to try it. It’s unlike any stretch I’ve experienced and I used to spend my money on stretch therapists and sports massages which are great but don’t compare to this. Wow. 5 stars.

8 months post-op from my 2nd ACL surgery. I was introduced to Castleflexx through the Braves organization as well as a local rehab Specialist Bronson Walters. It has been the game changer in the final stages of my physical therapy. Returning to the sport of Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, flexibility is key and the Castleflexx, in just a short time has put me weeks ahead of where I need to be. This will remain a part of my daily training from here forward.

I take my workout routine very seriously and heavy weights have caused a lot of tightness for me. Using this is a big help for body builders because we need to balance our strength with mobility. This is by far the best device on the market in its category.

My daughter does work with the company and she had me try it. I started off using it for stretching of my legs which are always tight. When I saw the difference I did the upper body stretches on YouTube. Now I use CastleFlexx to strengthen my arms and core with the built in FlexxBar. For someone age 65 like me, this will help me so much and I felt the difference the moment I used it. It didn’t take weeks to work and I’ve tried everything for my hips but this really is a special device.

Anyone who knows me knows I’ve tried almost every kind of mobility/recovery equipment there is. This is by far the best I’ve thing I’ve used. Took the time to go through the 5 minute flow and 3 minute flow. Tried out the forearm, Lat and shoulder impingement stretches as well. I’ve never been able to stretch that far before. I can’t wait to see the improvements I’ll make with castleflexx daily before baseball season starts.

Castle Flexx has helped me with hamstring tightness and lower back pain. Since using Castle Flexx I feel a lot lighter in my step. I have better balance when I walk. They have really good YouTube videos too which show you how to use the device properly. The product is very well made. I love that it has a 2 pound weight that is removal too! I hope everyone can get their own Castle Flexx so they can see exactly what I’m talking about. I will be using this daily!

I actually bought this oxygen chamber and a friend recommended a try his CastleFlexx. If I had to do it all over again I would have saved a LOT of money and just bought the CastleFlexx. You don’t really believe it until you try it. It seems so simple and basic but when you take it out of the box everything makes sense. In a day you feel so much better and younger. As a dog trainer I’m on my feet all day and work a lot of protection dogs. After years of being on my feet all day I had severe plantar fasciitis. After using this CastleFlexx for 2 weeks, I was able to have the pain go away. This picture is from the first day you could see I’m not that flexible at all. This product is amazing! I’ve had it for 8 days and can’t stop using it. I’ve had painful plantar fasciitis for a few years from cycling/skating overuse, sports injuries, being flat footed, muscle elasticity, etc. My morning routine is usually 10-15 mins of foot work, flexing, yoga toes, and calf stretch to subside plantar pain. Amazing product to compliment my other recovery tools! I’ve had terrible plantar fasciitis for a year from excessive cycling. I had a lot of pain in my foot in the morning because of that. I’ve used the castleflexx for about a week and its totally relieved my plantar pain! The dorsal flexion and relief is great for cyclists. Thank you!

We are a highschool and D1 training group and we bring Castleflexx to every game to treat the players. Since beginning with it in 2021 it has reduced on the field cramping by 90pct in the athletes using it. Several have not used it and have had to leave the game with cramps. It’s very helpful.

I’m a chiropractor and getting a lesson before using the device on your own should be priority number one. This is a simple device but also very multi dimensional. Think of it as a game where you master one thing and then unlock a whole other level. That’s the best way to describe CastleFlexx and why a lesson is crucial.

A rope or band is one dimensional, CastleFlexx is multidimensional and allows me to stretch more areas of my body than I thought possible on my own. As a nurse, I highly recommend getting a lesson and learning the correct form and techniques. I’ve had a few lessons and each time I learn new ways to use it that I couldn’t grasp from the YouTube or social media posts. While they are helpful, a lesson is really worth it.

Im TRULY impressed with this device and so glad I found it. As an ultra runner doing 100 miles races every month I find many of the biggest issues we see in the sport is plantar fasciitis and this will change the sport and allow us to prevent this painful chronic issue that plagues athletes at all levels whether it’s a 5k or a marathons.

I can usually get to 90 degrees easily but this device is so intense and effective I had to bend my knee when I got half way up. There is nothing like this device on the market and I understand how some people think it’s overpriced but I’m not seeing any reviews from customers agreeing with that. Some people need to experience it to appreciate it and some can see it and just get it knowing what it can do (likely athletes who can connect the dots better). 6 stars out of 5 IMO.

I found out about this from my chiropractor who also works for the NY Mets. If it’s good enough for Degrom it’s good enough for me. I actually saw him with one at the office one day and that’s when I asked about it. Now I use it when I watch TV and instead of feeling like a bum after watching hours of sports, I actually feel light and productive and my back stopped bothering me (I have herniated discs).

I hopped on FaceTime and then on my massage table and 30 minutes later I feel like I’m a PRO. It’s incredible how much more this lesson can do for you versus the basics I was doing on my own. Thanks to TD for being my trainer! I also want to try Bari because I hear she’s incredible.
