I've wanted an ACOG for quite a while but didn't want to shell out the cash for one. This is probably the best budget option I have seen for one. I've used it at a couple of CMP matches and it works great. I did have an issue where the glass cracked (not sure how) and the customer service I received was awesome. I reached out to customer service and within an hour they were sending me a replacement that arrived two days later. Gotta love it when a company stands behind the product like that.

I ordered the green chevron this time because I really liked the easy on the eye color but the red is much more visible in low light condition because there is no internal light source like in other brands. The red chevron doesn't seem to suffer from the lack of brighter light as much

Overall really good quality and build! A lot heavier than expected but a really good weight. Eye relief is a bit low, i am pressing my face closer to the charging handle in order to get a fully sight picture.

I always wanted a Trijicon ACOG but couldn't justify the price. I came across HWU on Instagram and thought I'd give it a try. It's a little different looking like a cross between Trijicon ACOG and the Cyber Truck but it performed impressively. The fiber optic illumination was effective, glass was quality and it held its zero once I sighted it in. I will absolutely recommend it for anyone that wants a quality tactical optic on a budget.

Does its job but make sure to zero your Saturn before adding the mercury. The cap won’t unscrew for adjustments after you’ve added a red dot using the mount.

Ordered this because I wanted an AR optic with the chevron reticle (like the TA31F ACOG of course) and this seemed to be the best option without spending $1100 on the Trijicon. It's beefy, seemingly well built. The windage and elevation adjustments are not the best. On my unit, the windage is very tactile and audible, but the elevation is mushy feeling going up... I love it it's the bomb ..... I was a bit disappointed by 2 things and had higher aspirations (maybe a bit of self delusion after all it's a fraction of the cost of a trijicon) for this product. Overall a very nice affordable optic. I knocked a star for some relatively small things; the fiber optic does transfer some ambient light to help illuminate the chevron, but it's fairly minimal, and the crosshair on the one I received was visibly canted off center by about 10 degrees. But for the price a fine product for sure.
