Love the final product! Our “boat” is actually a plane! Working with the team was a breeze, as long as you can provide explicit direction and supporting photos. I wish they sold hats and maybe collared shirts; since we are not “boaters”, have little use for most of their merch… :( I’ve been told to stay tuned… we’ll see!

This turned out amazing! The top to the tumbler is cheap but a yeti top fits it. (Very snug but it fits). This holds ice just as good as Yeti and you have a cool picture on it. I’ll probably order another. Thanks custom captain!

The whole process was easy. Uploaded a nice photo and got back the proofs very quick. Edits were handled easily and I got exactly what I wanted. I used the digital files to order shirts, some bucket/cooler stickers, and a cutting board. Love them all. Great stuff! Thanks!

When my mistake was realized, Custom Captain graciously and efficiently stopped production to avoid having something printed wrong. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, it was still printed wrong. They corrected the order immediately, and shipped the replacement quickly and free of charge - no argument, no fight, no worr...
