The guitar is outstanding for £99 with Gig Bag and accessories. A stunning looking guitar. The neck was straight, the action was quite good and I lowered it further by lowering the bridge a little. Fret work was immaculate. The tuners weren't fantastic but that is to be expected on a budget guitar. I upgraded them for £23 and changed the gold volume and tone knobs for black aluminium. The guitar is beautifully made and finished. It’s well set up and plays straight out of the bag. The tuning pegs are firm and solid. My only criticism is with the pots. My guitar had the coil splitter on the volume knobs when the product description states should be on the tones. Also the volume makes little difference between 2-10. 0-2 is silent. For a lower priced guitar, this is excellent, and at times way above what you'd expect. I've been repairing instruments for roughly 30 years, and wanted an inexpensive Tele style guitar for a project. This was a brilliant choice! Fret edges are carefully just inside the edge of the fingerboard, so nothing nasty can be felt now or anytime soon. Great guitar and price. I bought the black version (only because I have a sunburst Les Paul by Epihone and other accoustics in wood finish). Will probably replace strings to ones I like and know and will set up the intonation a little better. The low E string was a bit out and feel it is still stretching hence will change brand. First, let me say that the style of this piano made with cherry wood grain has created a beautiful piece of furniture. It is inviting to play and offers excellent features and sound quality. The 88 keys are weighted and are an important part of the playing experience as are the stereo sound and recording ability. I like Donner gear. This is the third type of acoustic I've bought. The other two have been good, but more "good for the money". This one? This is good full stop. I don't know if it is a different manufacturer, but this guitar has such a sweet and resonant tone. Everyone notices immediately. incredible value for price. Normal "new guitar" stuff is all I did: I gave it a nice strap, lowered the action, did the normal lube work (nut, bridge), set pickup height, and adjusted the intonation, and have not had an urge to change anything else. I'm playing it regularly, and it's now the guitar I play unplugged when working out a song. I'm quite pleased with it. I had a small hiccup with delivery. But It got here within 14 days. I can not fault this guitar. The paintwork is as good as guitars costing twice as much , if not more. The neck is smooth. There is no fret sprout. The nut had a little sharp edge - easily removed with a nail file. The electrics all work fine - for the price.
