I’m a pretty fussy person and the first proof wasn’t quite to my liking with my dogs colouring. I had just lost my boy so I needed it to be PERFECT. I replied with my feedback and by the next night a new proof had come through for me to approve. The team responded kindly and were very happy to make any changes I had requested. I love the photo but am disappointed that it has come with two cracks in the glass. I could only post one photo but there is too cracks in the photo frame which ruins the photo unfortunately
