I wear the knee sleeves every single night.. I wake up in the morning with no pain no stiffness. I can now get out of bed with ease. I’m amazed at the difference. It took a little bit to see results for me. I started wearing them every night in bed and I finally noticed less inflammation in my knees in the morning. I also wear them around the house sometimes just for some extra relief. Very soft and easy to put on. I haven't washed them yet so I don't know how the elastic will hold up afterwards. I work out hard five days a week. I’m 68 years old and started having foot problems and pain in the bottoms of my feet. I ordered the sleeves and thought what can it hurt.
