I bought one motorized roller shade to test whether I liked it enough to buy more. I installed the roller shade easily. But I had to ask support how to open the battery compartment, since it did not slide open for me nor did it pull apart. In the Quick Start Guide and in the Remote Programming Guide on page 1, it would be helpful to include a drawing showing the remote cover sliding down in the direction of the arrow.

DIYer, installation was easy. Love that I didn't need to provide AC power. Neat and trim. But the fabric isn't up to Sunbrella standards. I have other Sunbrella fabric shades that have been up in Southern California for 15 years facing east southeast and no sign of falling apart. I'm not confident this will last as long.

Awesome blind. Works great. Installation went smooth. Connects with our Apple HomeKit for sunrise/sunset automation. Added the solar panel option, which appears to be keeping the battery charged to 100%. No surprises - so far so good.
The only downside was the cost, which I thought was quite high in Canadian dollars.

Ordered pretty much the largest size available, it was not too hard to install by myself, though I’d recommend having 2 people. Hardest part was making sure it would line up with the floor when fully closed. I’m really happy with how it totally blocks out light. Lastly, the matter integration was seamless.

It is small and easy to mount near the blinds. I placed it just inside the window sill. People walk up to the blinds and expect to find controls. If they don't, they consider pulling on the blinds. This solves that problem.

Great results and tech support. Experienced a couple of problems with install that were easily resolved. 1-shade was not rolled up evenly when received. Resolved by putting one side into zipper and rolling out and then back up holding zipper into frame. This was done after shade was installed before zipper tracks were put in. 2-couldn’t get zipper track cover to snap on. Resolved by leaving in sun for an hour to heat it up and installed easily. Very happy with the results.

These blinds are attractive, ship quickly and are fairly easy to install (although two people are required for these long blinds). I ordered the HomeKit ones. They are easy to set up with HomeKit. They are far less expensive than Lutron Serena or RA3 (about 1/8th the price of RA3, I have some RA3 in my house). It was really fun putting it up and watching it work. The only problem I had was removing the shades once I attached them to the brackets. Before putting the brackets to the window, attaching and removing them was easy but once the brackets were screwed in it became tough to remove the shades from them once attached.

The shades arrived in a timely manner. Due to the large amount of space that needed to be covered I needed two shades per side of this outdoor kitchen and entertainment center. They fit perfectly and were easy to put up. They came preprogrammed and they work well. My advice is to get comfortable with your measurements. I measured the space 3 times to get the right fit. My only problem was that I didn't get it flush with the top of the wall. This was my fault and no reflection on the product. It was easy to connect via matter, so it is now automated. The solar panel has kept it fully charged.
