Seriously the easiest best experience I have ever had ordering custom apparel of any kind! Never had to talk to a single person, did it all online and it shipped within a few days and the product looks great. I ordered trucker hats with custom leather logos. This company kicks ass.

I ordered the navy blur youth Richardson hat. For the simple fact I have a small head and normal size hats don't fit me. But I ordered the hat and fit perfect and yall did an amazing job. I love it I have been wearing it sense it came it is not the color I wanted but I love it. I wanted the light blue one but there is only 5 or 5 six hats to pick from. So the variety of hats and colors could be updated. Thanks.

It looks great. I work at a beach bar that sells merch. Their hats are ok ... So I ordered this hat with just had the name of the bar in a hand written font on the patch ...I get compliments all the time. And ppl are like do y'all have more of those hats? ... ;) I'm like nope. This is 1 of 1.

Well. Everything I wanted I got. I was in charge through the whole process. I was given proofs to approve prior to my shirts being shipped to make sure everything was as I wanted. Use these guys, you will be happy you did!

Love the hat! The design process was very user-friendly. In addition, I appreciate how easy it was to work with the creative team - after having my initial draft returned, I didn't necessarily like it and the team made two additional suggestions that looked fantastic! I have been searching for the right vendor to make custom hats for my company. I did a few “test” hats with different companies, and each time was disappointed in the quality. That said, when I receive my heart from Crafters Lab, I was extremely pleased with a Quality. They also have excellent customer service and are very communicative. I definitely recommend them and will be purchasing from them again!

I love the hat! But it did take me almost a month to get the hat with the patch that I wanted. Also it would have been nice if the patch was stitched on instead of being glued on.

This hat turned out absolutely perfect. The patch was a great quality and the design was exactly what I wanted. Ordered two hats, both were the Richardson 168 different colors, and patch designs. One complaint is I don’t know which one I like better. I will order again in the near future!

The team was great. I had accidentally ordered 1 too many hats, I reached out to them and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes after my order. I got the old school rope hat fits and looks great.

The items arrived as I wanted. Tho, the communication was off because I kept getting proofs that were what I didn’t want and no response. I was honestly nervous that what I would get was not what I wanted. I am happy with my purchase, but it would have been nice to hear back from the provider saying that they made my changes. If I had a larger order this would have made me really nervous. Almost there.

The hats were great and delivered fast. I ordered a couple dozen to give out to work associates and vendors and each recipient was impressed. My only complaint would be that a couple of the glued on patches peeled off. I would still order more though!

The team did a great job with providing proof edits of the embellishments being put on the hat. I appreciate the care of the packaging so the hat was not bent or messed up in shipping. The shipping was fast and arrived earlier than expected. Will be ordering again!

It’s exactly as described on the sit, so I’m thrilled. I was surprised at how quickly they sent the artwork and how quickly the hats showed up. It’s a nice quality hat, too. Overall, they exceeded my expectations.

I have at least 20 hats, mostly of Legacy Athletics trucker hats. The problem is the patches or artwork don't often reflect ideas / brands that I care about. With CraftersLab, I'm able to add in a quality leather patch, customize it, and pick from a large variety of patches and fonts. My wife loved my first order, and we just placed our second, together. I'll be a returning customer, likely several times a year!

Great product. We ordered hats for our family to support our travel advisory brand and Crafters Lab knocked it out of the park! We will definitely be back for more headware, especially when winter gets closer.

Provided logo. Told them to do their thing. What they produced was more gas than a 7-11. Multiple people have complemented me on it and asked where to get one. I will be getting many more produced for my company.
