Easy process and great product. Only wish the price point wasn't so much. I have a larger order that i would like to place for a tennis team, but the team wants me to seek a better unit price per each hat given the number of hats we'll be ordering.

Easy to get what I wanted. Always responded quick! When I needed another later ok in a different size they hooked me up right away!

Really liked how the hat turned out but a little disappointed in the patch due to the fact that it was just glued on and felt like it could easily start coming off after a hards day of work. So I sowed it on as seen in the video I sent.

Got my husband this hat as a surprise, and he absolutely loved it! Now his buddies all want the same. I love the leather badge, but am definitely going to try out other styles in the future. The hat style was exactly what I was looking for as my husband prefers it. He is now looking at other styles just to have options on the design itself. Money well spent on a neat and well designed product!

Hard to know how a hat will look and fit but this one fits and looks like what I imagined it would!

Quality materials, the crown is very solid and latch is very solid. Only flaw I’ve seen: the bill don’t hold shape as good as other hats, but we will see with time. Will buy again though!

Hat looks great! Only two things I’d change is the patch being slightly bigger and a little lower on the hat. Other than that very pleased with the design and the ordering process!

My daughter loves her new hat with her family logo on it! And I think the baby calf likes it!
