Juicy, tender and just the right size for me.. The packing is good and I can choose the number of pieces I want rather than frost and defrost that could make the meat not nice.

Loves it’s individual frozen way of freezing easier for me to portion for each meal. It is good for my red yeast wine chicken pot , Ayam poteng , 3 wine chicken and so much more !

Always my go to beef. The cutting is thin enough for my toddler to easily chew. Current favourite menu to cook is spaghetti beef. Stir fry the beef with garlic, onion, bellpepper, veggies, and mushroom. It’s a super delicious topping to eat with spaghetti.

Beautiful cut of beef. Roasted low and slow for 4 hours at 180F before resting and finishing off with browning at 480F. Yum. Perfect medium rare all the way thru.

Started buying this as my son is on a weight program. Quality of beef is very good and tasty with just a little spice seasoning. Will continue to buy as price is also quite competitive.

Stir fried Iberico pork (we cut into chunks) in HDL’s spicy stir fry sauce aka mala, and omg I thought I had overcooked the pork but it was soooooo soft and yummy n so good!!! Will order this again!!

Bought a 250g Grainfed beef shortrib shabu and it was so juicy and nice! It came with nice thin stripes and cooks easily, goes well with Sukiyaki, try it today!

Highly recommended minced pork as it has good taste and reduce my cooking time. I cooked mapo tofu with the minced pork. It’s hassle free and fast, no need to defrost meat. Just pour straight away into my frying pan.

Meat came vacuum sealed, and looks fresh. Pre-tied to save me the trouble of doing it myself. After roast, meat is soft and juicy, tenderloin indeed. Competitive pricing and huge range of meat choices. Will be buying more from them soon!

It was my first time purchasing and cooking roast beef and we truly enjoyed eating it! The leftovers went to a beef sandwich the next day, and we're looking forward to purchasing again soon! This order for the first time came in a freezer bag and a recycle bag which is great. Previously, frozen meat delivered in plastic bags which started thawing especially on a hot day.

I always purchase the chicken minced from Master Grocers. It is very convenient as I can just take out the portion that I need to use and I do not need to thaw the whole pack.

I used the pork rib to cook soup lotus, red dates, scallops and peanuts. The pork rib was soft and delicious. Soup was super tasty. Highly recommended for working mum as my preparation time was shortened. Only had to wash the pork rib once prior to cooking and there wasn't any scum after cooking.

My first time cooking Iberico pork collar shabu. I find it easy to defrost and cook. It’s tastier than the normal pork collar. I love it.

Individually vaccum wrapped makes it very convenient. Just take the portion needed and thraw! Sometimes i even cut it into smaller portion when it is 20% thrawed.
