We recently lost my grandmother and it has been particularly difficult for my mother (her daughter). We have also lost my grandpa in 2020 to cancer and lost my brother in 1995. My mom turned 71 yesterday and while these are all big losses that she has had to deal with the loss of her mother has been rough. The ring is beautiful and the sentiment even more so.
