Excellent product and excellent service also arrived in good time. The engraving was perfect too. The bracelet was a gift for my son, unfortunately when he tried it on it was too big. I contacted Ballisima to ask if they could make it smaller. They did even better than that, they replaced the bracelet with a smaller sized one free of charge. Would highly recommend this company.
