The first ring I received wasn’t engraved. You sent a new one out immediately! I got it faster than the original ring! I purchased the ring for my grandson to give to his mom. She found out in October that she has cancer. Now that surgery has been completed, she will have to do treatment which will cause her to be away from him for a short period of time. To love this necklace only thing is when I open the package the chain was broke so I had to fix it it wasn’t really a big hassle but next time could you make sure the chain in put together correctly. The chain is a nice length but I would love for it to be shorter that it came but other that that the quality is perfect I hope it doesn’t fade that’s all but it shouldn’t foreal the chain feels great I’m loving it so far
