6'2" & 230 lbs, I got an XL . Material & construction is very good, but the cut is way too tight, so tight I can't bend my arm sufficiently to touch forearm to bicep. You need to change the cut from skinny-hipster style cut to work-clothing style cut, to allow freedom of movement during casting.
