Gaviscon Advance itself works very well for reflux, and that’s the most important part. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and for that I remain a customer.
That said, I’m disappointed with two aspects of the product and its presentation.
First, the bottle size was reduced from 300 mg to 250 mg without a corresponding price adjustment. A size reduction without a price change feels unnecessary and frankly a bit disingenuous. Customers notice these things.
