i live in canada and suffer from silent reflux. I've tried everything, and this gaviscon came strongly recommended. it was almost $60 Canadian dollars and took a very long time to arrive. But it has given me nighttime relief, which i wasn't able to get even with prescription medication and being extra careful with my diet. I may have to fly to the UK to get a bunch more. After writing this review, I hope i will be sent a discount for future use, or maybe a promo for bigger/more bottles.

It is unfortunate that we can't get these products here in the US, but ordering them from British Pharmacare has been almost seamless. The only negative (which isn't the fault of the seller) is the delay in customs that sometimes occurs. They products were well packaged and arrived in pristine condition.

It’s good to be able to get the British formulation as the US formulation has aluminium in it which is something you ought not put in your body. The chew tabs are an effective and fairly economical product line. I discovered the British formulation about 6 years ago and have turned to it when needed ever since. It’s better than rolaids or tums.
