I ordered multiple bottles of Gaviscon and was very disappointed to find that none had a second seal under the cap. The consistency of the product was also not normal — it appeared off compared to the usual smooth texture. Because of these safety concerns, we did not feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately, we wasted over $100 on a product that seemed unsafe for consumption.

I am so happy you sent this email. I had no idea how to contact your company. The tablets are not fresh. They are chewy and soft. They are supposed to be firm and crisp. From what I can see, they are expired. 1 jan 2022, I would be happy if you sent me the same product with a future expiration date as a reasonable replacement.

Very disappointed. Last shipment arrived with six bottles of 250 ml instead of the useful 300 ml. If the 300 ml bottle is no longer available, why didn't the price change also?
