Love the extensions..great price, great colour and VERY sexy..!!!

I ordered the halo to try. I did not like the way it fit and wanted to use the 30 day guaranteed. I sent the email requesting the address to return the product, and got back instructions on how to adjust it. I sent another email again requesting the address and got back an offer for a 30% refund and I keep the product. It would seem this company does not stand behind their guarantee at all.

It feels and looks beautiful. My problem with the extensions is I have very curly hair so I am unable to blend it.

Works better than a straightener or curling iron.

Yet another product originating from China. It’s been weeks with no updated shipping information and if you reach out to customer service they just respond with the tracking number. Would NOT recommend purchasing from this company unless you enjoy an endless wait for your order.

I really wanted to love these, but the color didn't match. I thought I'd be able to return them but you have to pay to ship them back. I feel like I wasted a lot of money on nothing ...

It says there are easy returns, but I've been trying to return my product and i'm getting no response from customer service. I simply want to swap it for a different color and a different length.

I was pleasantly surprised when my halo’s arrived . Good quality & not heavy like others . Definitely would recommend to anyone .

Not good quality. Ruined and puffy and tangled in less than a week. Never slept in it and never even put any heat in it. I oil it and its still rough and terribly itchy. What the heck its definitely not real hair...

Not real hair at all. It got rough and plasticy within a week. Never slept in it or even put heat on it At All. Ruined in a week somehow? And itchy as hell what the hell this is not good or quality at all. Bad.

I have been trying to get a refund and even returned the item and they said they got it but I have still not got my money back. It’s been 11 business days and still nothing. It’s a SCAM do not buy into it.

Terrible. Wanted to love for the cost but you pay for what you get. Extremely synthetic looking and shiny. Does NOT wash well at all. Feels like scratchy plastic from a simple soak in water for 2 minutes. Not sure how this won’t melt under heat. Going back to real hair options.
