I'm 5'5 106#. The XS work for me. These r the 3rd (maybe 4th?) pair I've owned. They are so comfortable, and true to wool, they are both good for warm and cool days. I spend a lot of time outdoors in the rocky mtns in them. They do stretch out over time, even with careful washing and drying, but maybe that's also the nature of wool? Overall, very cozy and functional.
