Provide a bit longer than 24 hours for reply. I responded 15 mins past the 24hr time that I was not happy with the print and it was sent out to me anyway. No one has responded to my messages since the product was shipped. Very disappointed.

The package was bent, there is no structure to the envelope therefore my 4 large photos have a bend on them that reflect in the frames. No "do not bend" or "photos " posted. Better packaging is a must.

It looks like crap. The edges aren't airbrushed all the way around. There's several blunt lines. Very disappointing, it was for my son that just lost his 24 year old gf

The print itself is breathtaking, but because it came rolled in a tube, framing it so waves in the paper didn't show has been impossible. It's been months. Keep your printing process, but maybe rethink how you ship the prints.
