We LOVE Belmont peanuts! I am a Virginia girl, now living further south…. Belmont sea salt peanuts are the most tasty, crunchy delicious peanuts! We’ve tasted VA peanuts from other producers, and they’re good. But nothing is like Belmont! We buy the 4-pk 38 oz peanuts, storing them in our garage fridge. They’re always so fresh! Even our grown kids love when we share Belmont with them.

The chocolate covered nuts are so delicious. We keep them in the refrigerator because of where we live. The chocolate coating is thick and covers the peanuts completely. I ordered the small size at first just to try them. Went back and ordered three large containers. They are that good!

I loved the product. My only issue was the aluminum foil protection of the contents. The foil edges were sharp after opening the container. I was initially cut on the back of my hand when reaching into the first can. With the second can, I removed as much of the foil as possible. Again I was cut because there were pieces of the foil remaining under the rim. Is it possible to use the same protection, used with the chocolate peanuts can?

I received some Belmont Peanuts for Christmas from some colleagues at a law firm and if Belmont gave that firm a discount, it was the best value Belmont ever spent. I have been a nut addict ever since and the best nuts come from Virginia as we all know. These toffee nuts are my favorite but my son-in-law loves the chocolate covered so to the heck with my waistline, I buy both. If you try them, you’re hooked on delicious.

I opened the first can and they seem a bit dry as opposed to previous orders which always had a wonderful fresh peanut smell. The peanuts have a dull color unlike previous orders which appeared shiny and fresh roasted. Because of that they do not have as rich flavorful taste as previous orders. The vaccmn seal was intact. I have been ordering the 4 pack of 36 oz unsalted peanuts for a couple years now.

We are absolutely hooked on Belmont Peanuts. We've always purchased them at their store, when we're driving past to pick up our grandsons at the RDU airport.
