This box was perfection! All 3 I ordered were incredible. Tons of new with/without tags. Styles were mostly current or on-trend vintage. The items that need repairs are all easy fixes. Small marks I should be able to get out, a few stitches or fabric shaving needed. Thank you Helpsy Source and Kosei 3 - who packed all 3 boxes!

I am very pleased with my box the majority of the things are in great condition. Well worth the money I spent only a few things have minor flaws and most of those minor flaws are stains that seem pretty easy to get out mostly very high-end brand names and mostly dresses pants sweaters very few basic T-shirts.!!

Absolutely loved this lot! The variety of sizes and types of items was spot on. Everything from trail-ready shorts to cozy layers and at least four coats in excellent condition. A few of the long sleeve shirts felt like lower-value filler pieces, but still wearable and nothing was trashed or unsellable. All new, NWOT, some might have been tried on in-store. Disappointed in one. Looked like an in-store item. It was a skirt and had a pull and was missing one of the large buttons on the front. I was able to fix the snag, but won't be able to list the skirt without replacing all 4. Disappointing since it is a higher cost of good item. Very happy so far, with the rest. I've only been able to list a few.

This was a pretty nice box, but I would not order again because I ordered on November 27 and it did not ship until mid-January. From my conversation with customer service, this is apparently normal for this box. I find that a deal breaker. I was also disappointed the free 5-piece signature collection bundle that was supposed to come with it was missing.

I didn't have high hopes for this box, but I was proven wrong. About 1/2 Aerie activewear and 1/2 AE - alot of halter tops, Sleeveless shirts, leggings, shorts and sun dresses. I held back some of the items until closer to summer, but they are getting attention as I list them. Good price point, and.some needed cleaning but turning out pretty well. Have ordered again.

My last custom order is definitely one of the better ones. All items came with a poly bag, there are some items without a size tag (kinda problematic) but not enough to be a deal breaker. It is a very bottom heavy order. Expect a lot of leggings. I do sell a lot of leggings so not a bad thing for me. I wish there are more other items (dresses, jumpsuits and tops) but that’s just the name of the mystery game.

I really love this JCrew secondhand box, got some pretty cute pieces. After inspection, all my pieces have no visible flaws (which is rare, you normally expect 3 to 4 pieces to be lower grade or visible flaws). The box was described as secondhand, although when I purchased it, it contained nearly exclusively NWOT condition items. There were some significant flaws as the lot I recieved was likely returns and not shelf pulls, so a few items had to be discarded. When I got it at a discount I enjoyed purchasing it due to the low sell through rate of this brand.

LOVE this brand. Well packaged, well manufactured and a good price point (when on sale) $14 is a bit steep to see a profit margin that narrows when you receive like I did 8 of the 40 pieces the same black cropped top. The other 32 items were duplicates of some which is fine, various sizes and for now there is enough of a mix not to have saturation on the selling platforms.
