Shipping was fast! The box contained quite a few scarves, hats and glasses. The box wasn’t packed neatly, and I know things get jostled around during shipping. Some items are quality, some are not. I’m on the fence whether I’d purchase this particular box again.

Customer service here has been outstanding. Unfortunately, this box was not ideal (eg., overwhelming amount of duplicates, holes in NWT items). I expect duplicates but found even more duplicates in my additional Anthropologie box which seemed odd. I would recommend the luxe box if you are looking to purchase a solid assortment of goodies

As usual, nothing was folded and everything was just thrown in. I thought with the new branding, things would improve but I guess they haven’t. Useless box. All scarves and wraps. I was hoping for some sunglasses as shown in the photo, hair ornaments, ear muffs, lanyards etc. Most of the items are not saleable because they have no brand or material tags. Waste of money.

I’m a little disappointed in this box. A lot of the sweatshirts seem to be a little worn and a lot of the sweatshirts were no name low quality sweatshirts, which would make it hard to resell.

I am disappointed in this box. There are some great brands but it’s mostly small sizes and winter items. I specifically requested in season item to which they always say they can’t do. I’m not happy that I received a bunch of sweaters and heavy clothing in the dead of summer.

This box was somewhat disappointing. The "gently used" pieces consisted of heavy staining, heavy wear, and blown out elastic as you can see in my photos. First quality activewear included items with cut tags so it's impossible to know what it is or what size it is. I can only measure and guess. The sneakers were small men's and ginormous men's sizes. I would not purchase this box again.

I am guessing this is stitch fix? All the brands are honestly low to mid tier that I honestly wouldn’t pick up nwt, let alone Preloved. The cost of good is low low, that’s the only lovely thing about this box. The condition though definitely left a lot to desire. This is my second time ordering the Summer Accessory Assortment, and unfortunately this order was a big disappointment. This time I received only hats and no bags, even though the description states that the assortment includes both hats and bags.
My first order included four bags along with hats, which is what I expected again. Receiving only hats makes the assortment misleading. If bags are not consistently included as advertised, I won’t be ordering the Summer Accessory Assortment again
