An astonishingly elegant and high-quality artisan perfume. Grigia, as the name suggests, is an ur-ambergris scent; one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of smelling. There are layers upon layers of texture here. The pepper and incense adds an atmospheric haze that is impressively light. Notes for Quilombo on the Fuegia 1833 site are Vanilla, Pampa Milk, Sugar Cane, Benzoin, Ambergris and Jasmine. It reminds me of evaporated milk and vanilla milk <3 the benzoin and ambergris shine throughout the entire scent journey on my skin, making for a slightly salty, resinous lean that enrobes me in a sweet, lactonic but slightly (but still quite decidedly) aromatic cloud.
