I have ordered from home grown multiple times. The first time was absolutely wonderful. The second time I ordered some change plates and one came defective. I was concerned about the plate wrecking my barbell and sent homegrown an email with my concerns. I sent a picture of the defect and they sent me a new one that same day. What an awesome company!!! I can't wait to purchase more products soon!!!

Great Weight Plates! Fit my 2" barbell perfectly, they seem very durable and after a quick vacuum to clean up the rubber crumble they look great and I'm expecting them to last years to come, much better value than most of the super cheap plates on Amazon

These are exactly what I paid for… bumper plates. The big deal here is the price for the quality. $1 per pound is unheard of these days, especially from a reputable brand with high quality products. I’ll definitely be looking at Homegrown Fitness for future weight training purchases.

These bumper plates are exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was very fast. The rubber didn't come out of the mould perfectly and a couple of the plates have some rougher edges but not a big deal for workout equipment you are going to be throwing around. They do come a little oily but a quick wipe with a mild degreaser and a rag solved that. No real issue with smell either. I've used these a few times already and love them! Definitely worth the price.

Super easy to set up, perfect length, and exactly what I was looking for. I attach it to my pull up bar and it works great for triceps and cable cross exercises. Could also easily set up on a barbell for different heights/angles. Very glad I got it!

Very nice dumbbell set. The handles are a bit thinner than I expected, but they have nice texturing for a solid grip and should easily hold up any added weight. Everything fits together nice and snug, without being overly tight. I've had BB and KB for years, but this is my first set of DBs that I've bothered to buy, and I'm glad I did so.

Originally ordered the 45 hyper thins but was sent the regular 45’s instead. Homegrown’s customer service replied within a couple hours of reaching and sent me the correct plates. Im very pleased with the weights and with how quickly the original issue was addressed.

These plates are excellent for a home gym. I’m not an Olympic lifter but I’ve been lifting for over 15 years. I have a really good quality bar and these plates work absolutely fine with it. Bench, squats, deadlifts, and pretty much anything else you can think of work just fine. They’re the crumb material so you’ll see some black flakes until you wipe them down with warm water as instructed but they’re excellent quality in my opinion. Very happy!

The weights are very well made, high quality and we really like the fact that they are rubber and not metal. This way we don't have to worry about them damaging the floor or rusting like some metal weights do. Customer service was outstanding - I had a question about my order and I got a response within a couple hours. Fast shipping as well and very reasonable pricing. The value of the HGL folding rack is hard to beat. The construction is solid and I don't question if it can support a kipping pullups or catch a failed squat. However, the instructions could use some work. It took my wife and I (both engineers) about 4 evenings to get the rack set up. I would suggest taking measurements and laying out the rack on the wall before making any holes. For the price point though it's hard to beat this deal!

We've only had the bar a few weeks and it is holding up great. It came covered in oil to prevent rust and it's taking awhile for the oil to wear off the knurling. Other than it has been a solid bar!

only thing I could say are the assembly instruction were hard to see the pieces in the drawings you gave, the instructions themselves were easy enough but when trying to see the picture compared to the instruction to make sure I was grabbing the right pieces looked more a black blob on the paper. all in all the squat rack is everything I thought it would be

I highly recommend the HGL folding squat rack. 1. It is strong and well built 2. It is compact; I dont even fold it up 3. It is very cost effective compared to competitors 4. Solid plates. Been givin’ them the business 5-6 days a week for 6 months and they look like they did when I got them. Cheaper than Rogue by a long shot—yes they’re a little rougher around the edges than Rogue or even Rep plates, but you’re just gonna drop ‘em and throw ‘em and sweat on ‘em anyway—is it worth paying your kid’s college tuition for the Rogue/Rep ones? No shot. Get these and use the extra money on more equipment or some sick gym clothes.

If imperfections don’t bother you than these are perfect for you. The flaws in them are so small I ho early don’t notice them! For someone on a budget or someone looking for a set of beater plates I couldn’t recommend them more.
