Initial impressions are very good. Shipping was quick and all the bumpers arrived in nice condition. I’ve had these for a few months now and use them 5 to 6 days a week. They are a little slick at first due to the releasing agent required when fabricated. I spent a little bit of time with some degreaser and some rags and they “cleaned” up fine. The more you use them the better they feel. I have side clearance issues with my rack and needed these hyper thin 45s in order to load them easily for bench press and squats. They work great! Just got these a couple weeks ago. The thing that struck me the most was how quiet they are. They don't clang against the collar of the barbell, they don't make a ton of noise when you're deadlifting (you still hear the barbell click, but not a ton of noise from the weights). Couldn’t be happier. Decided to roll the dice on the Factory Seconds because I just work out in the garage and I don’t need them to be pretty. Turns out there was no “dice” to roll. The gentleman loading them physically checked each plate to make sure it was functional before he loaded it, so aside from a few scratches in surface, they are perfectly fine and functional bumper plates.
