All I can say is Modern Patriot Holsters are all I rock. I have 4 of them for my 1911s and just purchased a new one for my Walther Steel Frame. It is very hard to find Safariland compatible holsters for the Steyr M9A2, especially with a light attached. But Modern Patriots knocked it out of the park with this step up.
The release mechanism is a bit different to that of Safariland's but worked flawlessly every time I used it. Overall, I am very happy with this holster.

Two things:
First, the holster is fantastic. It does its job well and it looks good.
Second, and more importantly, MPH has amazing customer service. I had some fitment issues initially, and gave some salty/direct feedback without fully thinking the problem through. I emailed them after 9pm at night, but Joshua replied fairly quickly and worked through the issue with me professionally and patiently. He sent a new hardware kit out and of course it fixed the issue.

This holster is excellent. I am a lefty so finding a good side car holster was already tough, and for the OA Defense 2311 even more difficult. This fits great, rides at the perfect height, and is quite comfortable. I'm hoping they will take on some of the other patterns for guns I own because I could use a few more of these.

This is just what I was looking for to replace a similar rig that finally gave up from use. Cuffs and mag fit tight with the adjustable retention screw, looks great and is light on my hip. Did not see a paddle option, which is my preference, but was able to use the paddle from my previous rig and everything lined up fine. I've only used for a couple weeks but I expect it to hold up well.
