Trying out the Vanilla by making a smoothie - some milk and Aplos according to directions, plus a frozen banana and strawberries. Into the blender and a good protein start to the day (G'pa approved!). Today I tried the chocolate by just adding Aplos to my homemade latte (hot) and used a an easy, handheld frother wand and it mixed well and is quite choco-yummy. This is a quick and easy way to get protein without bad ingredients or time/complexity.

Best protein powder ive tried. For one, there is only 3 ingredients and no other engineered or extra harmful additives. The vanilla and chocolate are tasty, but what tastes the best is knowing youre only putting 3 natural ingredients into your body and no extra nonsense. I mix mine with milk.

About to place an order for my 14th bag!!! Usually alternate between vanilla and chocolate, but if I had to pick a favorite I think I'd lean towards chocolate. I have it in a smoothie every single morning and think my gut/stomach have dramatically improved by using a clean/more simple protein powder.
