Honestly, the watch was even better than I expected. I really appreciated receiving the travel case along with the gift box. Bracelet adjustment was pretty straight forward. My only suggestion would be to have three micro adjustments rather than two.

Received my watch around two and half to three weeks after ordering it and I was more than happy with it. I might even order a different model later this year. Thank you for your professional service.

Excellent experience. A great daily wearing time piece with all the wonder of an auto movement, reliable Seiko and looks of brand R that costs 20X more. I fell in love with the Solar X Seikos but this Royal Mod one is sweet!

Had trouble getting in touch with you folks and it took almost 4 weeks to get my watch but it was worth it. This watch is excellent! I also own two Rolex watches and this Seiko mod is right there with the Rolex. I will be buying another one.

There was a lot of anxiety about this. The "tracking" function for my order did not work, and showed up as waiting for USPS to take delivery for many days. The watch showed up almost 4 weeks after my order had been placed. The watch arrived in good condition, but I was surprised that there was zero printed information included about how to adjust the bracelet or anything else about the watch. Including the tools to adjust the bracelet is appreciated.

Love it, feel really great on. I have several Seiko movement watches, no logos that are cool but this just looks better. It is a Seiko Movement so have Seiko on dial makes sense

shipping was late ,late ,late and late ,it took more than 20 days to come to los angeles ,i am not happy at all ,at all ,was waiting and waiting forever,but the watch looks awsome thanks ,something for shipping ,i did order on march 4 and received on 3-24

Looks great. Currently having bracelet sized to my wrist. Purchase was good and shipping went smooth. I would like to purchase a black strap with rose gold clasp. Great experience. Thanks

Love this watch. Not only is it stylish and functions as advertised. The craftsmanship is top notch. The watch is waterproof and very comfortable. I look forward to wearing it often.

Quality is great. Was worried about the 40mm size, but with the lugs and crown it wears bigger. Accuracy is great, +4/day at this point.
