What I like about this one is the ability to roll it up. So that I can simply break this out when I have too many dishes to do and want to be able to not jam everything into my dish drain.I like that the slats are connected with a plastic film. I imagine that any water that would settle between the slats will simply be absorbed into the side of the slats while it rests on that plastic film.This is a nice extra addition to my counter as needed.

This is a great heavy duty mixing bowl. I have not tried it with hot water but yes, i used cold water for whisking heavy cream and it worked great. The cream remained its consistency for long. This is very useful mixing bowl. I also make fruit salad in this bowl and it stays fresh and cold for long period of time.

This garlic press is very well made and easy to use. I like to put a lot of garlic in my food but chopping garlic makes my fingers smell. Using this makes it a lot easier to mince garlic without using a food processor and it takes up way less space than a food processor or a chopper.
