Changed a large footstool from cream to light grey. It took a couple of coats but was pleased with the results. The woven material soaked up the paint and the final result made the material slightly stiffer despite brushing I’m now going to paint the matching 2 seater sofa (in the background of the photo). Both items were grubby but otherwise in good condition hence wanting to upcycle

We have a footstool that was a remnant of an old velvet 1970s lounge suite. Our plan was to recover it only we never got around to it due to the cost of doing so. Fabricoat in raspberry was the perfect solution! Velvet is a surprisingly thirsty material so I can see why it is suggested to double the suggested amount. When I did the first coat I thought I might not have enough, our footstool is only small though and 500ml ended up being plenty. I’ve gone back over it several times to make sure...

The paint was easy to use and coated well. I had to water it down and paint 2 coats but it was easy to do. It took about 2 hrs altogether.

Painted a roller blind that was previously a sage green floral pattern. Saved myself a fortune not having to buy a new one. Fabricoat was super easy to use, affordable and delivered quickly! Would recommend to anyone!

Was a little apprehensive but Sofa had taken a battering from the kids. Did loads of research and went for it after trailing a patch. The results were excellent as you can see

These were a disgusting faded grey . Faded from the sun. But this paint has transformed them to looking brand new again. The material has gotten a little stiffer but will just brush down with bristle brush that i purchased with paint. Just love sofas now changed my rooms look with very little effort.

Couldn’t afford to change my velux window blinds so did abit of research and found this. I read all reviews and thought why not! It has transformed my blinds and so glad I painted them. I ordered the 500ml bottle and did 2 blinds each with 2 coats and there’s still just under half the bottle left.

My bed side lampshades really needed the bin, thought I’d give Fabricoat a go, nothing to lose … stunned! Affordable product, rich colour, fast delivery and my shades now look brand new. When they say a little goes a long way it isn’t a lie, I’ve got plenty left for the next project.

Fabulous fabricoat!! It was the colour I wanted so thought I would take the gamble before splashing out on new shades, so glad I did. These lampshades were pale grey now look how lovely they are! Feeling inspired 💙

“I was very skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. I’m thrilled with the results and how easy it was to use. I’ll definitely be ordering again for the sofas.”

Perfect! Very easy to do, covers well and doesn't feel like it's painted. It's given new life to a very scruffy piece of furniture. I would definitely use it again and recommend it 🌟

Roman blind transformed. Yellow to dark green in 750ml. Tbf, a second coat would look better but it is folded up most of the time and it looks fine like that. Certainly a cheaper option than buying another blind.

Wow! I have to say I was a bit hesitant and didn’t expect a big difference but with just one coat of paint the sofa changed completely and looks so vibrant! I will give it a second coat but it looks so much better already! Application was super easy and one bottle lasts for quite a while so it has been a great way to bring our sofa back to life 🧡

I bought a bench with a beige cushion. You can see by the photo that I like saturated, bold color. I decided to paint it. It took more paint than I expected (1 quart) but it turned out beautifully. It's very easy to use. I would buy it again for a small piece.

Blended with 3 parts green to one part black to give a darker green that perfectly matches my outfit. It's enabled me to transform a white hat! Be warned, though, if in contact with plastic (which I used to protect the table, and the embellishments on the hat which I wanted to keep white) it takes much longer to dry, so make sure whatever you've painted has space to breathe.

Fantastic product - we used the olive pant on our cream chair and it’s like brand new. We needed 3 coats BUT found it better using a roller on the 2nd coat so if we’d used the roller during the first application would have got away with two. Def recommend….buy a roller 😉

I love this! The color is pretty true to what you see on the screen. Just like they say, once it dries it’s nice and soft. A 250 ml bottle was more than enough to paint my ottoman.

I had a chair whose pattern didn’t match my vision for my living room so I decided to take a chance and paint it. I’ve never done this before so I was nervous but I’m happy I did! It took way more bottles than I expected but I think it’s because of patterned part that was a similar texture of a rug so I had a hard time getting the paint into the crevices. It took a few coats. In the end I’m very proud of the outcome !!

My sofa had become extremely sun bleached. It was either do something with it or get rid. It did take 3 coats to cover evenly however I am very pleased with the overall finish. I won’t need to replace quite so soon now.

We needed to revamp our Breeze house cushions and canvass panels. Used Raspberry to paint over the very faded dark red cushions, and then Olive to paint the canvass panels on the inside. Both turned out very well and the 20 year old Breeze House is refreshed.

Thought I'd show a mid paint photo for reference. This is my light grey L shaped sofa. The yellow is fantastic and although I messed up on not ordering enough, this is just what 1 coat does. I'll be buying more to finish off, but its already brightened up my room so much and the feel of the fabric is the same as before. I used a small foam paint roller as the coverage is better than a brush. Can't wait to see my finished yellow sofa!

I started with painting an old and stained footstool. I’ve now painted my whole sofa. It’s given the sofa and footstool a new lease of life. I ended up doing two coats. Not sure if that’s because I didn’t put on thickly enough first coat or that two coats are required. I would absolutely recommend this if you’re not ready to buy a new sofa but yours is looking tired/has some marks that won’t come out.

I ordered four bottles (one from Amazon). I need another four I think. I haven’t painted the back nor the bottoms and sides. I am pleased so as this sofa is about 25 years old and my husband won’t let me get rid of it

I used just under 1 litre of dark blue to cover this king size bed frame including the large headboard. Two generous coats gave a great result. It transformed from light beige linen, which had some unsightly marks on, to what you see in the pictures. Texture is a little rougher but still ok.

A very simple project to start - I used half a 250ml bottle of orange to update a busy 80s design headboard in a caravan. It was a lot easier and less time-consuming than I thought it would be. It worked very well, went on very easily and gave a great finish. The room looks updated and I’ve already bought a larger amount of Olive Green to update the lounge area!

After much careful thought, I plucked up the courage to attempt the renewal of my 30 year old car carpet. Impressed is an understatement. Everything from the slight error in ordering which caused a delivery delay, the communication about error, the product, instructions and final finish is absolutely spot on perfect. A first class service and a first class product. Amazed

I was going to get the lime green, sun dyed chair upholstered but it cost quite a lot more than I thought. Then I saw this paint online! I was a little dubious about it but thought I’d give it a try, anything had to be better than the state the chair was in! I debated over orange or raspberry. I made up my mind and ordered the raspberry! The fabric has tiny little square holes all over so it took 2 coats and I ended up using a sponge, it just seemed easier to get it in the holes. I’m so happy wi...

So pleased. Bought these two footstools/coffee tables online but when they arrived realised that they were a lighter blue then we originally thought. So happy that I found fabricoat. Have just finished the smaller of the two footstools and only took two coats. The colour is so rich and makes the stool look almost velvet. Can’t wait to get the bigger one finished.

I bought 2.5L of gorgeous raspberry to paint a chenille chaise. All the instructions and advice was very clear and ensured I got it just right. I knew that painting onto a darker colour would change the finished colour - so I was happy with that. It looks amazing. It took a bit of time but was well worth it. I also painted my boots - as I’d dripped paint on them so there was no going back !

I have to say I was more than apprehensive about this! Completely exceeded my expectations and was much quicker and easier than I thought. I mixed Olive and dark brown in a 80/20 ratio, so far only one coat but it’s drying lovey and I’m not entirely sure it’ll need another as coverage was so good. I used a combi of up/down, left/right and circular brushing on followed by brushing over with the little soft bristle brush - which really helped spread any thicker spots I’d applied. So glad I tried t...

Very happy with the overall outcome. Much nicer colour than the original yellow/beige. The faux suede texture had been lost in the process. More like sitting on leather now, but I think the fabric will soften a little with use. Would recommend for a dramatic and cost efficient transformation.
