Used on a velvet-style chair. Colour looks great, but was hard to get on, as it’s quite thick and wouldn’t go into the pile. Ended up watering it down to help, which it did. Couple of coats and the colour came out nicely, but the texture has gone from plush to hard despite repeated brushing as instructed.

The brush lost A LOT of its bristles from the onset.
I had to buy 2 x 2.5litres of the paint for one snuggle armchair - this still wasn’t enough.
Despite following all the instructions and advice and watching the videos the results were very disappointing and I will not recommend this product nor use it again.

I am only reviewing this as I have now had three reminders requesting a review. Although this product is made for furnishings I used it on a linen jacket as I accidentally splashed a bit of bleach on it. Ordinary clothes dyes don’t take to linen so I bought this as the product information stated it worked on all fabrics. I was hoping it would blend in as the colour on the packaging was perfect. The colour chagne was really very good, but the touch and feel of the fabric is a problem. Now my previously comfy but very aged-looking sofa looks very good, but it is like a plastic bag; slippery, noisy and with an uncomfortably plastic feeling.

Had to give lampshade 4 coats and still did not get an even coverage and when put on lamp base and turned on light, it was awful. I had to bin the lampshade and buy a new one. The colour itself is quite a bright orange and not a rust orange. I did test the fabric prior to painting as suggested, and am an experienced painter so very disappointed with this paint.
