This hourglass girdle is amazing. Really compresses it all. Only downside is the Velcro and material rubbing against your skin creating tender skin and marks. I plan to try to wear the hourglass girdle over a shirt instead.

Good quality waist trainer for the price. It is breathable, I’m a size 0-1 in jeans I ordered a XS! It fit perfectly. I recommend wearing atleast 4 hours a day, working out with it on even better. Hope you ladies see your desired results, make sure you are putting in the work you need. 80% is your diet remember.

I am 5’2 & 229 pounds. I got a 2XL thinking it would be tight but not too tight. This thing is hella tight. The trick was I put it on up near my breast first but I started clipping together from the bottom and pull it up as I got higher. It was that difficult to put on.
